City Council Appreciated Dukcapil Personnel Standby at TPS

Jakarta City Council thought that is good to place Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Department (Dukcapil) personnel at voting booth (TPS) location.

This is good as an effort to prevent voters data manipulation if it is done according to its main duty and function

"This is good as an effort to prevent voters data manipulation if it is done according to its main duty and function," said Riano P. Ahmad, Chairman of City Council Commission A, Friday (2/10).

He noted that personnel who have rights to vote must vote in their own domicile first. Do not let any personnel's rights to be neglected because monitoring the election.

City Council Asked E-ID Blank Re-Stocked

"If their domicile in Jakarta, they must vote first, then go to monitor each voting booth location. We hope every citizen can maximally use their rights to vote," he closed.

Previously, Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Department (Dukcapil) stated that they will standby on election day in order to verified immediately if found any citizen data which is not suitable.
